1. Account Registration & Eligibility

Creating a personal account is necessary for making purchases or accessing certain features on Level Up. In order to do that, your account needs to be:

• Registered with accurate and up-to-date information (such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other necessary details).
• Strictly personal and cannot be transferred to or shared with another person.
• Secured with a password known only to you.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If you are under the age of 18, you are only allowed to use our services with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If your account contains false or incomplete information, Level Up has the right to suspend or terminate it.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Keep your account’s credentials private.
• Ensure that all details provided remain accurate and are updated when necessary.
• Accept responsibility for all transactions made through your account.

Failure to comply may result in restricted access, suspension, or removal of your account.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all regions within Kuwait and offer the following delivery options:

• Express Delivery – within 2 hours
• Same-Day Delivery – from 10 AM to 10 PM
• Next-Day Delivery – within 24 hours
• Store Pickup – collect directly from our physical store

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed once your order is placed. We accept:

• K-Net
• Visa
• MasterCard
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund through your original payment method.

5. Cash on Delivery Terms

• COD is available for select products, as indicated in the shipping details before checkout.
• Payment (cash or link) is made to the driver upon delivery.
• Customers wishing to pay by K-Net, Visa, or MasterCard should contact our support team after placing an order on [+965 2207 0070].
• No cheques, vouchers, or coupons substitutes will be accepted at the time of delivery.
• Our delivery team will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
• If we cannot reach you within 48 hours of your order, it will be cancelled automatically.

6. Digital Card Purchases

By purchasing a digital card from Level Up (www.level-up.gg), you agree to the following:

6.1 Buyer Details

• All personal and contact information provided must be accurate and truthful.
• You are fully responsible for any false, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided.

6.2 Payment Method

• The payment card must be issued by a licensed Kuwaiti bank and belongs to you.
• You accept full liability for unauthorized or illegal card usage.

6.3 Delivery & Usage

• Your verified phone number will receive the digital code through SMS, which will complete our delivery obligation.
• Once a digital code has been received, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
• You are solely responsible for how the code is used.

6.4 Compliance

• You agree that you will not use the card or its value for any illegal activity, including money laundering or funding terrorism.
• You agree to protect Level Up from any claims that may arise from misuse.

6.5 Company Rights

• Level Up may cancel orders, block accounts, or refuse delivery if fraudulent activity or law violations are suspected.
• We will cooperate fully with relevant authorities when required.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are only responsible for the value of the item or service purchased, unless there is evidence of fraud or gross negligence on our part.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Kuwait law governs these terms and Kuwaiti courts will exclusively handle any disputes.

9. Final Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Level Up, replacing any previous agreements or communications. The remaining provisions will still be effective and applicable if any part of these terms is deemed invalid.
